Ruanda lives mainly from agricultura, and has the dubious merit of being the most heavily populated country in África. 70% of the population is under 25 years of age, and the need for schools and residences is acute. The population of Mugina, the town where the residence is to be built, has a population dispersed throughout 40 kms. This population center is served by the religious of the Order of la Caridad de Santa Ana, and takes care of children in grammar school and secondary school. Every year more and more children are showing up to be served, not only because of the high quality of the education, but because the costs to the students are far less than at other similar centers.
