04/02/2007 Archived Article: "Two walks planned for Semana Santa"
 Tuesday, April 3: Gather at the Gasolinera Gaucín as usual at 10.00. There will be a 1.25 hours drive to Istan for a 5 hours walk down to the water reservoir and up the Picacho. We should be back in Gaucín at about 18.30.
Please tell me in advance whether you'll come because of the numbers of cars needed for the transport. – Jorrian.
Thursday, April 5: We are planning to walk down the Roman Road to the Ermita and back up to the village via Las Limas and the track to Portechuelo. It is a fairly easy walk although the climb back into the village is quite long, and steep in parts! It takes 2.5-3hr. Meet at the gasolinera at 10:00. - Janys and Paul
