BOLLYWOOD MEETS SWING! Following a successful fund raising event for Cudeca at Diana Paget's Car Boot Sale in March, Cudeca is another fund raising event. For the cancer hospice charity. The Cudeca Bollywood evening on Sunday, June 17th will be held at Finca El Capitan Alta, between Casares and Gaucin, just off the main road at Km 20, starting at 8:pm. The festivities will be held in the finca´s garden around the pool, and will be decorated with an Indian theme.
The tickets of 30 euros each include a glass of Cava and a three course Indian meal cooked by some of the committee who are professional cooks. Wine, Beer and soft drinks can be bought at the Bar. Indian dress is optional but guests are encouraged to get into the spirit of the evening and wear saris, etc. There will be dancing after dinner to old favourite swing dance tunes played by a 16 piece English band of young musicians from the University of London Swing Band who are touring Spain in June.
There will be a raffle and all proceeds go to Cudeca. (The car boot sale in April raised around 1500 euros.)
