02/12/2008 Archived Article: "3 hour walk set for Valentine“s Day"
On Thursday, 14 February, the short walk will take the route behind Cerro de Las Maravillas and El Corchado. The walk takes about 3 hours and is mostly flat or downhill on good tracks leading down to the Rio Guadiaro. Some cars are needed to get to the start on the Caņada de Benarraba on the road to El Colmenar. As the weather forecast is unsettled we may opt for a different route on the day. Please note that although the walk is free we ask for a 1 euro donation per person for the Cudeca cancer charity. Meet at the gasolinera at 10:00. Led by Janys and Paul
