05/01/2008 Archived Article: "Monthly market starts tomorrow in the Plaza at 10 a.m."

The market will be located in the square of the Santo Niño, Calle Toledillo, and surrounding streets, and will take place on the first Saturday of each month, starting Saturday, May 3.

Initially the market will focus on seasonal fresh local products, following the natural cycle of orchards and vegetable gardens. It will be open to everyone wanting to sell not only food, but crafts and any other product suitable for a market of quality.

The market will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. Traffic will be cut off during that time in the affected streets.
