From 1 October, Jesus and Luis have let out their business for an indeterminate time. The new managers are Carlos Pitillas and his wife Lola Colón. They came down to visit Gaucin from Madrid, and were enchanted by the place. They have much experience in managing restaurants, in which Carlos, a Basque, is always the chef. They will be offering a Spanish cuisine with products of the highest quality and an ample wine list. For now the restaurant will be open Thursday through Sunday nights, and also for Sunday lunch.
