“ BONÍSSIM," a Delicatessen, with rotisserie chickens, fresh bread and pasteries, which will be sold on Sundays, and an extensive range of wines, champagnes and other delicacies, will open in Gaucin this week. Elisa Miràngels is the proprieter. She has been living in Gaucin for the past year, and is originally from Cataluña.

She has created BONÍSSIM to fill a niche in Gaucin, to provide high quality food products, from the region and beyond, for the villagers, people from other pueblos blancos in the area, and the tourists that may visit us

Elisa is very open and dynamic, and really wants to get products for her store that her clients want, and thus, hers will be the only shop to offer fresh bread on Sundays, and will also offer a delivery service for Gaucin and the surrounding area.
