The menú includes the following dishes:
PAELLA : The authentic rice dish from the Levante, made in the oven, with squid, tuna, large prawns, chicken and vegetables: 7 € a portion; GAZPACHO ANDALUZ: 5 € ½ l.; GARDEN SALAD : Lettuce, tomato, tuna chunks, extra- virgin olive oil and special vinegar from Jérez: 3 € a portion; SPANISH POTATO OMELET: 5 € / 500 gms.; IBERIAN HAM of JABUGO: 9 € / 100 gms.; DUCK FOIE GRAS with a sauce of wild blueberries and carmelized apples: 10 € / 100gms.; PORK iberian RIBS marinated in honey, various mustards and beer: 11€/ 300gms.
Red wines include Rioja Crza. VIÑA EDERRA. (Bodegas Bilbainas): 8 €; Red wine Ribera del Duero Crza. ALTOS del TAMARÓN: 12 €; White wine Rueda Verdejo VALPINCIA (cold): 7 €.
White wines: MARQUES de RISCAL Sauvignon (cold): 12 €; Rosé wine of Navarra HOMENAJE (cold): 7 €.
*With each 50€ of purchase you will receive a bottle of red wine Rioja Crza, or withe wine Rueda (to take home ), when dining in the Restaurant.
