There will be competitions in photography, painting and poetry. Prizes will be awarded on the Day of Andalucía, 28 February, in the Convento. The schedule of that day follows:

• 10 a.m.: Andalucían breakfast
• 11 a.m.: Flag raising
• 11.30 a.m.: Prizes awarded to winners of competitions
• Noon: Concert by the Banda Municipal
• 2.30 p.m.: Sporting events followed by a paella lunch

Rules for the competitions are as follows:

Photography : Theme: labors of the campo (tilling, sowing, harvesting, étc.)

Dates: Entries must be received by Friday, 24 February, at the Town Hall of Gaucín

• Exhibition of the entries and selection of the winner will be Monday, 27 February in the Convent of the Carmelites.
• Prizes will be awarded on the 28 February after the raising of the Andalucían flag in the Carrera.
• Works will be exhibited until 4 March
• From 4 March the Works will return to the Town Hall.

Prize: 150 € cash.

Bases: Dimensions of the Works will be 25 x 30 cm

• Participants will pay for enlargements and printing.
• Works should not be signed.
• The Town Hall reserves the right to the winner´s work, with all rights to publication and diffusion.
• Works should be submitted with personal data and contact information.
• In Gaucín “Electromendoza” offers to do the enlarging and printing.
