GaucinenflorSaturday, December 4, at 7 p.m., the book “Gaucín en Flor” by Francisco Benítez Márquez will be presented to the public in the Bar El Puente. The book has marvelous color plates not only of the flowers of the region, but also of the town. The book is on sale in the Papelería.

A group of Mothers of students in the local school are going to begin Sevillana dance classes. It will be open to the public, and the group urges those interested to sign up. People from the village are needed in order to lower the cost of the teacher. The classes will begin in November in the La Peña Flamenca  (next to Correos). Posters advertising the classes will soon go up in the village, with the time and the exact day.

The classes are for all ages, and for men and women. Look for the posters.
